Q Can DVDit process copyrighted materials?
A Videotapes of copyright protected materials cannot be submitted for transfer to DVDit without the permission of the copyright owner. This means that if you want to copy material that is protected by copyright, you need to get permission from the owner or owners of copyright unless a special exception applies. For example under copyright laws, we cannot process commercial videos, videotaped copies of TV shows, and wedding videos created by a professional videographer without the videographers written permission. If you are unsure if the material you wish to be transferred is copyright protected please contact our office.

Q Is the price inclusive of GST
A Yes, the price is inclusive of GST

Q Does the description 1 - 4 Tapes include any tape format
A Yes, the price applies to any mix of the tape formats as described

Q Does the discount apply to the mix of tape formats
A Yes, the quantity discount includes a mixture of tape formats eg: 5 tapes (2 VHS , 1 Hi 8 and 1 Video 8mm & 1 VHS-C will total $175)

Q Does the price include freight and handling
A No, the price per tape does not include postage and handling

Q Does my payment get processed prior to the job being done
A No, your payment will only be be processed when the job is complete and ready to be despatched

Q Do I have to agree and sign the terms and conditions
A Yes, if the terms and conditions are not agreed to and signed we cannot process your order.

A Yes all films will be returned with your finished DVD

Q My films have sound
A No problems, We can transfer sound, note that on the order

Q Does the price include freight and handling
A No, the price per film reel does not include postage and handling

Q Does my payment get processed prior to the job being done
A No, your payment will only be be processed when the job is complete and ready to be despatched

A Yes, if the terms and conditions are not agreed to and signed we cannot process your order.

Q How much can you fit on a DVD
A Two hours at the best resolution

Q Is it safe
A Your films will actually be returned in better condition due to cleaning
